• Deep relaxation, cleansing and healing, float in consciousness.
• The physical level is integrated (eg good for muscular tension or pain).
• There are no instructions for coming back here, so you can stay as long as you want. This meditation is also suitable for falling asleep at the end. The music continues to play for a good 5 minutes after the last movement.
